Hello Loves! I currently am on a long bus ride back home to Ohio! I am excited to see my friends and family. I'm excited to celebrate July 4th and my baby cousin's high school graduation. Lots to celebrate!

It's finally the start of summer for me. I just survived my first year of teaching. Its been a long year of hard work. I have had good times making art with kiddos and inspiring them to be creative! First year of teaching has also had its side of really tough times of work. Through the thick and thin.... I made it.

This outfit is a perfect summer fun outfit. The Brandy Melville top features a graphic of one of my favorite prints " The Great Wave" by Hokusai. How can a printmaker say no to this shirt? I love the piping on the neck line and on the sleeves, makes me feel like a 90's kid again about to go ride my bike and play with the other kids. I'm also wearing Brandy Melville distressed jeans. They are so light and were great for this breezy summer night. While harnessing my inner 90's child I tied the outfit together with some fun, purple, keds  esque sneaks. I got these cute silk fabric shoes from Urban on sale. A great pop of color and so comfy!

Keep a lookout for a post from Ohio soon :) I'm now going to pass out on this bus... Sleeping on long car rides is the best.

Hello Friends!

Ahhhh... I really need to get better with consistency with posting. Hopefully someone is reading my fashion ramblings. Next week I am done with school and am on summer vacation and will be more available to my blog...  Anyway, done making excuses.

I wore this dress a week ago, and was able to frolic around Brooklyn Bridge Park and the DUMBO area. I've been there a few times this past month, and I am loving it there. So many fun places, and its just beautiful everywhere.

This dress is super fun from H&M! It looks like two pieces, but it's one, which makes it an easy to slip on and go out dress. I also love the fun and flirty open back. I paired it with my first justfab purchase. The side tassel detail is just to perfect. Cute, fabulous, and a deal... done. Now that its officially summer, so much fun is to be had. My first summer away in NYC. It will be hot but always something to do!

I will be home next week for the 4th. I need some home love, especially with all the Cleveland pride everywhere. Thanks for stopping by!!

Hello loves! yay... excited to post again. I am posting my first true outfit for spring. I fell in love with this dress the minute I saw it at free people. I love that it can be worn for so many occasions- today I dressed it for work by pairing it with an h&m blazer. Perfect to welcome spring with its bold floral pattern. My palette has been neutrals and black all winter, so nice to switch it up and mix in some fun. Next time I think i'm going to rid the blazer, switch out the oxfords for some fun heels for a day or night out on the town. :) I am also obsessed with the higher neck that cuts in at the shoulders. Its going to be perfect as summer approaches to show off the shoulders. haha. This flirty dress will fit bunches of occasions in the city from brunch, rooftop cocktails, to walking around central park or the streets of the village.. On another note: I am back at school today after a perfect spring break home. It wasn't the beach but it was so needed to be home. I missed driving seeing my friends and my family. I  went to my favorite place Barre Pose Studio; working out with all my favorite people. I def will have to make a fitness post soon. I also loved being surrounded by nature, going on a walk along a path amongst trees and greenery. Lastly, going to my local eats completed life; Swensons, Stow Cone, Bellacinos. If you're from Northeast Ohio you would understand these loves.It was just great to slow down of the week. Now commence the countdown until the end of school; T minus 7 weeks.
