This fall has been so perfect here in the city. I loved capturing Cate, Austin and their little one Justin! We had a blast running around, and enjoying the leaves. This day it became colder than it has been, and we had to run inside. Thank goodness for the Museum of Natural History just down the street. We found the perfect area that was empty with plenty of gorgeous natural light. Overall a morning of smiles and giggles all around!
If you lead.. I will follow...
Lately the hype has been around the recent premiere of the new Gilmore Girls on Netflix! I am currently just starting to watch, and I'm excited. I couple weeks ago I was lucky enough to travel to Washington Depot, CT.. the city that inspired Stars Hallow. I went with my mega Gilmore Girls gal pal Rachel, we experienced various show themed events, a real Lukes diner, a knit-a-thon, and panels with cast and crew from the show.
The town was so perfect and quaint, and beautiful in FALL! it rained all weekend, but we were lucky to shoot just in time to capture its glory.
I wanted to kick off the weekend in a fun and flowy Free people dress. I paired it with some over the knee socks and black booties. To prepare for the weather I am wearing the "it's definitely raining" Lululemon jacket, and floral scarf to accent the fall colors. I carried my Hunter umbrella, which so helpful all weekend. To prevent from my hair being a giant mane, I wore it back in a french twist, pinned with a free people claw clip.
Despite the cold weather, the warm hearts of the people in the town and the amazing fans of the show made the weekend quite the opposite.
I hope all you Gilmore fans are enjoying reliving all the feels of the new show!
