I've had this outfit shot for awhile, and wasn't planning on shooting two Ohio outfits back to back. Right now, its just so good to be from Ohio. The Cavs are back on, and congrats to the Indians. Woo World Series! To celebrate, here is another Little Chicago Co. tank. It might be a little chilly now for this outfit, but you can def throw on a cardigan or denim jacket to watch Cleveland kick butt. You could even wear this tank to cheer on out Buckeyes. 

I wore my grey Ohio tank simply tucked into some homemade Levi highways shorts. I added some glam by wearing a statement necklace from  J Crew, and lace up flats from DSW. 

I shall wrap this post by saying Lets go Cleveland!

Hello! 

I cannot believe that summer is ending! :( I had the opportunity of visiting home a couple times this summer. It is always perfect seeing family and friends and just being in the calm outside of the city's hustle and bustle. During my time I was able to visit my friend Amy Eibel at her shop in Canton, OH. Amy and her husband Greg own a brand called Little Chicago Clothing Co. They create fashionable, comfortable Ohio-themed apparel. Her shop is part of Canton's Print & Press Shop and Studio! There you can find other goods such as apparel, letterpress items, ceramics and more, all created by local artists. I love supporting my area local artists. :) 

I am absolutely loving their muscle tees! They are so comfy, cute, and they keep you cooI. I can wear them to enjoy the last of these hot summer days, or they serve as the essential workout tee. I have been sporting my Ohio love in my NYC barre classes; you have to stay true to your roots! 

GOODNESS • GRACIOUS • GLORIOUS • OHIO (love it).

With my Little Chicago tee I had to wear my workout go to's: my lululemon sports bra peeking out on the sides and lulu tights. To keep the look simple and fresh, I'm also wearing my black Nike frees. Post workout, I am now ready to conquer the rest of my day!

I had no idea what I was going to wear and stumbled upon this American Eagle dress hanging in my closet. The loose, flowy, boho shape is currently my favorite type of dress. It's easy, fun and perfect for summer. This dress has such a cute paisley pattern and the subtle red white and blue is great to look great for America's birthday! I love neck line with the front cutout. I brought the blue out by wearing a long necklace also from American Eagle. I wore some gold sandal flip flops to add some sparkle to my outfit.

Hello Loves! I currently am on a long bus ride back home to Ohio! I am excited to see my friends and family. I'm excited to celebrate July 4th and my baby cousin's high school graduation. Lots to celebrate!

It's finally the start of summer for me. I just survived my first year of teaching. Its been a long year of hard work. I have had good times making art with kiddos and inspiring them to be creative! First year of teaching has also had its side of really tough times of work. Through the thick and thin.... I made it.

This outfit is a perfect summer fun outfit. The Brandy Melville top features a graphic of one of my favorite prints " The Great Wave" by Hokusai. How can a printmaker say no to this shirt? I love the piping on the neck line and on the sleeves, makes me feel like a 90's kid again about to go ride my bike and play with the other kids. I'm also wearing Brandy Melville distressed jeans. They are so light and were great for this breezy summer night. While harnessing my inner 90's child I tied the outfit together with some fun, purple, keds  esque sneaks. I got these cute silk fabric shoes from Urban on sale. A great pop of color and so comfy!

Keep a lookout for a post from Ohio soon :) I'm now going to pass out on this bus... Sleeping on long car rides is the best.
